Clutter is Money

Clutter can either cost us money in the form of wasted time spent searching for stuff or it can generate money when we put some of our unused stuff up for sale. Among the recommended sites is this room-by-room de-cluttering guide from Good Housekeeping.

This summer an old friend who stayed with us for a few days was so disturbed by the state of our garage that he insisted on spending an afternoon helping me organize it. He also taught me how to properly store extension cords that I had regularly spent way too much time untangling. This video demonstrates the technique.
